Military Police did an excellent job on this case as did the medical examiner. Crime scene photos and autopsy photos were complete and professional. The CID treated the scene as a homicide until proven otherwise. Excellent crime scene analysis testing done. In spite of this, the family was not comfortable with the ruling.

SHE analyzed the evidence and photos and saw no evidence of foul play. However, we also added specific crime scene analysis reenactment tests not included in the CID testing which resulted in added support for the conclusion of accidental death. These conclusions gave further evidence of the events that preceded and lead to the death of the victim.
